Feeric Fashion Week starts at Sibiu

All fashionistas, all young designers, listen carefully: set on your Google Maps “destination: Sibiu, Romania”. And that is because starting today, 17th of July, until 22nd of July, in Sibiu will take place the 11th edition of Feeric Fashion Week.

The fashion week schedule is composed within a 6-days program: an inspiring magic tour along Feeric33 new talents competition, fashion shows and events in creative locations around Sibiu. 

What we need to know about 2018 edition?

• “Flori de ie” collection will open, on 18th of July, the fashion festival and this will include a Romanian traditional collection, inspired by all regions of the country and dedicated to the Centenary. It will be followed by the opening of Yolo by Landiana photo exhibition.
• There will be 6 days, 35 fashion shows, exhibitions and parties. Look out for schedule on http://www.feeric.ro/en/. The fashion shows include designers from Romania, USA, Argentina, France, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong.
• 15 designers included in Feeric33 competition are from Romania (among them Corina Cigodaru – read here about her, Andreea Pleșa from Timișoara Fashion School – read the interview with her here, Smaranda Buc – stay tuned, beautiful pictures and the interview with the talented designer from Cluj will be online on www.dreamingof.net.

Keep en eye on the young designers! 

Over 100 young designers have joined Feeric33 competition. 33 young designers will enter the final stage of FEERIC 33 and will showcase their work. The winner will be named by a jury formed by international journalists, buyers and professionals from fashion industry, Raoul Keil, Founder and Editor in Chief of Schon Magazine, Diane Pernet, Founder of ASVOFF (A Shaded View on Fashion Film),  Patricia Lerat, Founder of PLC Consulting and curator of Designers Apartment in collaboration with Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, Elisabeta Tudor, Editor at Large of NOW FASHION Paris and Editor in Chief of MODZIK Magazine, Riccardo Terzo, Fashion Stylist and Contributor of VOGUE Talents, Liana Satenstein, Fashion News Writer of VOGUE US, Tania Cursano, Founder of IT-ELITE Showroom, Carolina Molossi, Founder of Get Book A Look Digital Showroom.
