London-based fashion brand COS continues its commitment to craftsmanship and contemporary tailoring with its latest Atelier collection. Designed within the brand’s in-house atelier, versatile pieces continue to be distinguished by fine fabrics and impeccable attention to detail. Meet COS ATELIER 2024.

10 things to know about COS ATELIER 2024… 

1. Complementing the main COS collections, the seasonal COS Atelier lines for men and women, designed at the brands’ in-house atelier in London, present day-to-eveningwear founded on the principles of luxury and exceptional design.

2. Reinvented for the season, day-to-evening pieces and elevated modular essentials feature signature details and finishes, from functional grosgrain hanger loops to adjustable waists. 

3. Refined suit jackets feature inward folding lapels, while elongated sleeve lengths in shirting explore new opportunities for ways of wearing.

4. The rejuvenated palette balances soft, neutral tones with bold red and vibrant acid-yellow, complementing varying surface textures and transparent details. 

5. A hand-pleated technique using bespoke paper moulds forms a pair of wide-leg trousers and a coordinating scarf – hand-painted edges create depth and movement.

6. Artfully crinkled fabrics enhance modern set dressing; an ethereal yarn made from paper forms soft knitwear, while lightweight leather jackets, ballet flats and loafers are perforated with precision using a laser-cut technique.

7. Drawing inspiration from the 1990’s, womenswear embraces elongated silhouettes; dramatic maxi-length skirts and an elegant fishtail dress with a structured hem take centre stage.

8. Menswear echoes the fluidity of the womenswear collection, championing relaxed cuts through loose-fitting overcoats and refined silk shirts. 

9. Completing each look, COS introduces sunglasses to its Atelier offering for the first time alongside elevated leather goods, unisex jewellery, broaches, and belt clips, which form a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic.
