The designer to watch: Maison Raquette

I have discovered Maison Raquette brand a few months ago, when I was surfing online shops in a quest for a perfect dress. And, suddenly, some images caught my attention and I start looking for more.

Maison Raquette is a brand from Chișinău, and it is not as new as I thought. In 2012, the two sisters, Dana and Violette Basoc, founded the brand and, since then, their minimalist pieces and their effortless chic style was the signature for Raquette pieces.

How does the ready-to-wear 2016/2017 autumn/winter Raquette collection look like? Well, the feminine but daring cuts, the precious details on the dresses, the exquisite fabrics (silk, satin, crepe, cashmere, wool), the neutral shades of the outfits are contouring some relaxed but yet very chic silhouettes.

We are going to love the silk kimonos, the chokers, the silk trench dresses, the sensual jumpsuits, the all-black outfits for the evening. I start dreaming of a white blouse and a beautiful black jumpsuit.
