The colours of ice cream in Linda Farrow shades

There are some things I love about summer: the weather is perfect for me, the sea & sun & sand are closer and… there is ice cream. And sunglasses. For Summer 2017 Linda Farrow shades are taking inspiration from everyone’s favourite treat – it’s all about ice cream!

Reinventing the brand’ sophisticated rich tones, Linda Farrow creates a luxurious take on the traditional ice cream parlour and invents a world of uncompromisingly delicious ice cream. I really don’t know if I want a pair with gold sparkles on my eyes, or a metallic enigmatic shades made out of silver. One thing is for sure: nothing speaks better summer than the magic combo of ice cream and sunglasses.

For this special project, Linda Farrow has collaborated with the successful artist and designer Ada Sokol (www.adasokol.com) to create unique animation videos and still life imagery using 3D digital technology. Take a look on the artist site to see them.

Linda Farrow was one of the first to treat sunglasses as fashion accessories. She worked with hig-fashion brands as Balenciaga, Yves Saint Laurent, Dior or Sonia Rykiel.
