Call in the sun! With Chanel Fall/Winter Eyewear collection
When days are shorter and colder, I surely must have something to remind me of the sun, sand and sea trio. And to keep me happy until the next summer. Therefore, what better way to call in the sun is then to put on some amazing sunglasses? Like those from Chanel Fall/Winter Eyewear collection. (CLICK on the gallery above, for more pictures)
My first choice for this fall/winter season: the Chanel eyewear. Octagonal oversize sunglasses, made from lenses facetted and polished by hand and without any frame at all, as in Vintage theme of Fall/Winter 2016 collection. Or butterfly and pantos shaped frames concealing the gaze completely behind mirrored lenses and acetates permeated with scrolls of black ink, signed with a baroque matt metal double C, like I saw in Urban Chic part of the collection. Or maybe those beautiful Chanel Coco Chain models, with the famous metal chain interlaced with leather inspires line, in cat eye and round frames.
But there is another reason that I loved the Chanel Fall/Winter 2016/2017 collection. Karl Lagerfeld has chosen Willow Smith to be the face of the eyewear campaign. This girl has so much energy and charm, and the pictures of the campaign, in black and white, with the artist swathed in jewels from the Fall-Winter 2016/17 Ready-to-Wear collection are awesome.
