5 collections I liked at Copenhagen Fashion Week

They are cool. And easy to wear. They are easy, yet sophisticated like nowhere else. In black and white or nude. Just as I like it. I am talking, of course, about the new collection presented at Copenhagen Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019 .

First, BY MALENE BIRGER collection. I loved the long-sleeve dresses in navy blue, with so cute stitch detailing at the neck and wrists. I admired the high-waist skirts mixed lacing and button detailing. And the cool bags in white blue and brown, just perfect for the next season. (Photo up)

MORTEN USSING – the mix between long white dresses (with some unusual cuts, a feature specific for the Nordic designers) with straw hats and bags. Overall, the catwalk was filled with outfits that are so effortless chic… St Tropez beach, here I come!

Morten Ussing – the designer attended two prestigious institutions (Kolding School of Design, Denmark and Central Saint Martins School, London). With his first collection in 2016, Morten’s vision was to create pieces that empowers women. Making them feel feminine, elegant, beautiful and bold. (https://www.mortenussing.com)

CECILIE BAHNSEN – yes, I cannot resist to some white outfits for spring/summer 2019 season. They are perfect for the sunny holiday in an isolated island of Greece, are cool weared with sneakers on a visit to a hot Madrid, they are pretty awesome to wear them in Cuba, among these colourfoul houses.

MARK KENLY DOMINO TAN collection was, again, one to keep the eyes on. Structured jackets and shirts, smart layeringf of nude and white, oversized sleeves and interesting garments.

The brand Mark Kenly Domino Tan provides a high-end selection of luxurious clothing for the modern woman. The philosophy of the brand is to create beautiful and responsible clothing made of quality materials that can last a lifetime with minimal care. (http://www.mkdtstudio.com)

RODEBJER – it was, probably, the most seen look at the Copenhagen Fashion Week, street style section. And thatțs because only there women dare to put long overknee white boots under a flower dress in the middle of the summer. Or a denim-like lined dress.

Rodebjer creates fashion that strengthens women identity in everyday life. The designs are easy to wear and sustainable in quality and style. (https://www.rodebjer.com/eeu/home)
