30 shades of beige – street style trend at Copenhagen Fashion Week
It is a fact now: Copenhagen Fashion Week is, after the big traditional four weeks, the most important and the most interesting fashion week in the world. How? Because it backs up sustainability, because it promotes the most talented and interesting new young designers, because there is a lot of fascination in clean cuts and nonchalant attitudes of all the people attending. Because at Copenhagen Fashion Week there is more than catwalks and collections. And, by that, I mean… street style vibe. This year, beige was the most powerful colour at Copenhagen Fashion Week FW2024 – on trenches, coats, jackets, fake furs, parkas and suits. From light beige (almost white) and hazelnut nuances to camel tones and to dark mahogany brown). To be inspired, just look at these 30 pictures below.
Speaking about backing up young designers… do not forget: Zalando, one of Europe’s leading online fashion and lifestyle platforms, invited fashion designers to apply for the SS25 Zalando Visionary Award, during Copenhagen Fashion Week. Promoting the creators of the future, the award encourages designers to express their commitment to creativity and design, innovation and positive social impact, supporting them to achieve meaningful change in the fashion industry. After winning the SS24 Visionary Award, Zalando collaborated again with Paolina Russo at Copenhagen Fashion Week.
