Top 10 looks from London Fashion Week

It was really hard to choose only 10. I mean it! Because this season, the Londoner catwalk was fresher than ever. Sexy outfits, bold prints, a lot of chiffon on delicate floral dresses, strong colors and tons of fun: that was, for short, the summary of Spring/Summer 2016 season at London Fashion Week. My favorites so far? The incredible dresses (and shoes, and skirts, and tops) sent on the catwalk by Antonio Berardi, under the theme “distressed glamour”, and the sexy looks created by Anthony Vaccarello for Versus, Versace. For me, Spring/Summer season is always coming with a little bit of fun and flirty spirit. Therefore, on my list will definitely be Anya Hindmarch designs (I loved the idea of the 3D mirrored show), the more and more desirable Marques Almeida super-shredded denim pieces, the beautiful colored skirts seen at Peter Pilotto and the interesting geometric cutouts admired at Roksanda Ilincic. London Fashion Week

For a five clock tea I would always choose an Mary Katrantzou dress or a long skirt as seen at Erdem. But when you’re in London… you have to see the London tradition. And which brand could do better than Burberry Prorsum? After the first model of the show dressed in head-to-toe black, peacoats came studded with brass and the satin silk skirts were finished with metallic cording reminding of the Queen’s Guard. (Burberry Prorsum, Erdem, Mary Katrantzou, David Koma)
