Ground rules: COS & the fall-winter 2019 campaign
Nothing says better “fall” than a day in the English countryside: the light, the mood, the sweet colours of the landscape. Add to that a very talented photographer, Mark Borthwick, some cool models as Khadim Sock, Lina Zhang and Giedre Dukauskaite and you can see the entire picture of a very beautiful campaign. About the collection…
- COS latest campaign shot by photographer Mark Borthwick explores contrasting structures and forms with an English countryside as the background – a contrast between nature and the product of man.
- Industrial shades of grey complement architectural shapes with a selection of cashmere sweaters, felted coats, and wool blazers.
- Pieces feature architectural silhouettes with deconstructed tailoring and clean cuts, along with winter-friendly colours like grey, oatmeal, deep rust and plum. Some highlight garments include cashmere knits, structured felted coats and oversized leather jackets.
