6 collections are from Arad University graduates, 2 collections (Marialina Efros & Ana Lupu) are from Chișinău, from Technical University of Moldova, through Erasmus programme. More about the fashion school and the collections – on @uavarad @cica.fda.

Paula Ioana Căpitan – Sustainable Rebellion – the collection brought the spirit of the punk subculture, reinterpreted through an ethical and sustainable lens. Denim, leather, used boots and other materials with history come to life in outfits that tell a story about protest, recycling and identity, a rebellion against excessive consumption. (prof. Coordinator: Assoc. Prof. Diana Bota)

Raluca Grigorean – Golden City – Raluca Grigorean – is a collection inspired by the geometric ornaments carved on the buildings of the city of Jaisalmer, a city is known for its yellow sandstone constructions, which take on golden reflections in the sunlight. The collection uses architectural elements as a source of aesthetic inspiration. (prof. Coordinator: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diana Bota)

Paul Micșa – Mystic – a collection that takes us to a world where Romanian folklore comes to life through design. Is a visual and symbolic journey among legendary creatures and ancestral myths, an invitation to rediscover that deep, magical and sometimes forgotten dimension of our culture. (prof. Coordinator: Prof. Dr. Claudiu Emil Ionescu)

Marialina Efros – Breakfree – This collection speaks about the inner struggle of a woman between being what is required of her and what she truly feels. Through shapes, textures and transparencies, each piece traces the process of liberation – from constraint to self-assertion. (prof. Coordinator: asst.univ. Anna Palamarciuc)

Ana Lupu – Nemorum – Moldova Forrest, a symbol of natural and cultural wealth, offers a valuable source of aesthetic and spiritual inspiration. The concept of the collection starts from the deep connection between man and nature and explores the spiritual values, the vital force and the tranquility of the forest, translated into design through natural materials, warm shades and organic textures.

Ana Farîma – Bodaprosti – Inspired by a fragile period of childhood, the collection reconstructs the imagination born from the words and enchantments of grandparents. Each piece is made using traditional techniques and completed with an innovative material, an ecological leather created from vegetable waste. The project is accompanied by an observational short film made up of personal archive images and recent materials. (prof. Coordinator: Assoc. Prof. Diana Bota , Assoc. Prof. Laurian Popa)

Roxana Doța – The Real Fiction – A collection inspired by the author’s own animation, in which the main character embarks on a journey of self-transcendence. It explores the idea that fiction and reality increasingly intersect, and clothing becomes a living organism in continuous evolution. (prof. Coordinator: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diana Bota , Assoc. Prof. Dr. Laurian Popa)

Roberta Ritter – Dormienti – is a collection of costumes for a film that does not exist. A hypothetical, imaginary adaptation inspired by Sole, Luna e Talia, written by Giambattista Basile in 1634, long before fairy tales were sweetened for children. The collection is made sustainably, from recovered materials, as a gesture of memory, of repair. (prof. Coordinator: Prof.univ.dr Lăcrimioara Ionescu, Prof.univ.dr Claudiu Ionescu)
