COS collection to the power of three. Plus a surprise.

This months, the brand COS stole my heart not with one collection, but with three! And with a big surprise: COS makes its debut on New York Fashion Week catwalk, in 13th of September 2022, with the Fall-Winter collection. Let’s take it step by step and detaliate for a minute the COS collection to the power of three.

But… the surprise first: COS will make its debut at New York Fashion Week with fall/winter 2022 campaign, starring the American model Paloma Elsesser and the actress and producer Natasha Lyonne, photographed in New York by Mario Sorrenti (see the pictures up). The show will be transmitted LIVE on https://www.cos.com/en_eur/index.html.
1. COS X Lea Colombo collection
Launched this summer of 2022 (but yet perfect for the autumn), COS X Lea Colombo brings us a limited collection full of colour.. Teaming up with artist Lea Colombo, the Scandinavian retailer has released new warm-weather staples in three exclusive prints. “These artworks are part of a flower series of mine — I create strong, vibrant, colourful images in the darkroom,” explains Colombo. “They were produced back home in Cape Town, where my creativity is always awakened by incredible natural beauty — to transfer this onto clothing is a beautiful exchange of energy.” (https://www.cos.com/en_eur/collaborations.html)
2. COS X ANATOL KNOTEK
For this collaboration, COS has partnered with Austrian artist Anatol Knotek, known for his visually impactful black and white work. This collection captures Anatol Knotek’s typography and monochrome palette. Partially colorblind, Knotek replaces color and lines with words, preferring to work with language to craft powerful works. “Literature is descriptive by nature, visual art is sensual by nature – so the possibilities for expressive play are endless“, explains Anatol Knotek. 3. COS New Season collection and COS CORE will be soon in stores with new pieces that will steal our heart. First, COS will introduce new reinterpretation of some classical pieces (rugby T-shirt, polo sweaters and suits), in bright daring colours and a surprising styling. The COS CORE collection is a sustainable one, from organic fibers and recycled materials.
