3 exhibition around the world
Los Angeles
Los Angeles. Vienna. Bucharest. Make a virtual (at least) tours through the newest exhibitions in three nice cities. These are 3 exhibitions around the world to put on the must-see list.
One of the most significant global Asian artists today – Zhuang Hong Yi, is bringing his solo show entitled “Inflorescence” to LA at the HOFA Gallery – until 10th May 2019. Zhuang Hong Yi uses paint and traditional Chinese rice paper to create luscious, flower-like beds on panels. His rice paper flower manipulations are heavily inspired by Chinese materials and Dutch culture and his LA solo exhibition epitomises these influences, creating a truly exceptional collection of art. At Lukas Feichtner Galerie, works of Johannes Deutsch are presented in the exhibition “Serien und Sequenzen 1986-2019” – until 27th of April.

Work and installations signed by the artist Mirela Ivanciu are going to be shown at Halucinarium Gallery, in “Fantastic Natural History” exhibition – from 6th of May to 13th of June 2019. The concept of the exhibition puts, in an extremely contemporary manner, the atmosphere of the old curiosity cabinets, transposing the viewer into a mysterious and strange world. Large drawings and graphical installations exposed either birds, recognizable animals or not,in a strange, inorganic, abnormal, artificial, improvised space. (www.halucinarium.com)
